The rooms are kept clean and comfortable, with attention to detail evident in the refurbished bathrooms. The staff are pleasant and the service is efficient, ensuring that your stay is enjoyable and hassle-free. The breakfast provided is basic but adequate, offering a variety of options to start your day off right.

The location of the hotel was absolutely stunning, right on the lakefront with breathtaking views. We were able to enjoy these views from our room and the shared guest terrace on the first floor. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with excellent views of the lake and the harbor. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist us with printing our boarding passes and offering an early breakfast to accommodate our early departure. the attached restaurant was fantastic, with delicious food and friendly service.

That tea was not provided in the rooms, so we had to bring our own travel kettle. the service at the restaurant could be a bit disorganized at times.

Breakfast is incredible and the location is wonderful. It is near the airport.

Had a fantastic Easter weekend at a hotel in the heart of a charming Italian town, with friendly and helpful staff who gave great recommendations for local restaurants and activities. the food was a blend of Austrian and Italian cuisine, and both were delicious. the rooms were clean and functional, and the surrounding views of the town and the nearby lake were breathtaking. the location is perfect for exploring the best of what the area has to offer.

The bathroom lacked consistency with hot water in the mornings, which was disappointing, but not a deal breaker. During breakfast, there was only one toaster which could hold 2 slices of bread at a time, causing queues and slowed down breakfast time.

You can even hear the soothing sound of waves lapping against the wall below your window. The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, making you feel right at home. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with attention to detail in the refurbished bathrooms and impressive storage space in the wardrobes. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast served on a pleasant balcony, with a view of the majestic mountains.

All in all, it was a perfect base to explore the area and enjoy a relaxing holiday.
